Stage Show/Technical Rider

1. LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT SCHEDULE

Bryan can arrive as early as 3 hours prior to the performance but typically he will arrive approximately 1 hour prior. The performance area must be available for use at this time.

2. LIGHTING AND SOUND
The venue’s existing lighting and sound systems will be used. The sound system must be equipped with:

- 1 wireless clip-on lapel mic
- 1 wireless handheld mic
- CD player
- Capable operator of said equipment (NOTE: This person MUST be able to have EYE CONTACT with the Bryan at all times.)

3. BACKSTAGE AREA/ROOM
If there is no backstage area that can be hidden from the audience’s view by a curtain, then please provide a private room preferably as close to the stage as possible to allow for setup. However, a backstage area behind a curtain would be ideal. NOTE: There should be NO ONE in the backstage area during setup or breakdown unless Bryan has given them permission to be there.

4. STAGE REQUIREMENTS
A stage that is raised approximately 2-3 ft. is best for the view of the audience. Preferably, the size of the stage should be no smaller than 15’ x 15’. This area MUST be cleared for the performance. If there are items on the stage that must remain there during the show, their location must be approved by Bryan. If a stage is used, there must be steps that lead to the seating area to be used by both Bryan and members of the audience.

5. SEATING ARRANGEMENT
Although in rare cases, this show has been performed in the round, we ask that there be NO people behind the stage. The seating should not exceed a 90-degree angle to the left or right from the front-center of the stage. It is also preferred that the first row be no further than 10ft. away from the stage. Interaction is a major part of the performance. The closer the audience, the better the show.

6. PARKING
Arrangements should be made for our vehicle to have a reserved parking space as close as possible to the entrance that we will be using.

7. CLEAN UP
Please provide one person to help with the clean up after the show if it is needed. This typically takes no more than 15 minutes. For hardwood floor or similar type surfaces, a broom will be needed; if carpeted, then a vacuum is needed.

8. ITEMS NEEDED ON STAGE
- a stool
- 2 chairs

- a bottle of water and a cup/glass

9. LODGING ARRANGEMENTS
If Bryan is staying in your city overnight, then please reserve a room at a Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, or Holiday Inn Express. It must be a non-smoking room with wireless high-speed internet. If traveling/lodging is necessary, you will be sent a TRAVEL & LODGING form which will ask you to fill out details such as hotel arrangements as well as air travel arrangements if necessary.

IF ANY ONE OF THESE REQUIREMENTS IS NOT ABLE TO BE MET, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!
